Well…according to loopnet this is indeed the case.
Lowell Transitional Living Center currently rents this portion of their operations and owns another building along side their rented building, which houses their dorms that house homeless men and women.
Unfortunately, the portion that they rent, if sold, contains their kitchen, front desk and office spaces….we shall wait and see what comes.
