This RFR has become available as of 4/9/12 and proposals are due by 5/8/12

Estimated Value:

: 5,654,052.00

Here is a description of the project:

The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is conducting a competitive procurement process in order to distribute up to $5,654,052 in federal Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds, which replaces the Emergency Shelter Grant. This change comes as a result of the enactment of the Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing (HEARTH) Act. The interim ESG regulations add rapid re-housing and more robust homelessness prevention to the traditional shelter activities that were part of the former Emergency Shelter Grant. Please read the RFR carefully for important deadlines.
