The One Family Scholars team is dedicated to creating measurable, successful outcomes, utilizing best in class partners, to support the success of low-income single parents attending college. Job and Qualifications
Reporting to the Director of the One Family Scholars program, Scholar Advisors coach One Family Scholars to help them achieve academic, career, financial, personal and community leadership success. We are looking for an energetic, deadline-oriented individual who has demonstrated a commitment to working with a diverse population. Candidates will possess a Bachelors degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, as well as excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The right individual will show proven ability to research and develop strong partnerships across sectors. The ideal candidate will also have prior experience with career placement counseling, college and financial aid advising, or adult education and training. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with is a plus. This position is based in the Boston office with some travel throughout Massachusetts.
