The Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance (MHSA) cordially invites you to join us on Monday, September 20, 2010 for a special event honoring Lieutenant Governor Timothy P. Murray and regional leaders, including Lowell City Manager Bernard F. Please join us as we celebrate the leadership of Lieutenant Governor Murray and City Manager Lynch as we work toward our shared goal of ending homelessness in the Commonwealth.
