The Fundamentals of Medical Interpreting training is a 60-hour comprehensive course for bilingual staff/volunteers in healthcare settings, as well as for those not working in healthcare who are looking to enter the field of medical interpretation. This course provides the skills necessary to perform the role of medical interpreter in accordance with the national standards of practice and code of ethics developed by the National Council on Interpreting and Health Care.

Mandatory Language Assessment

Please Note: You must pass the language assessment to participate in the course.
