|Interim Executive Director|
The Lowell Transitional Living Center is searching for an Interim Executive Director to serve while the organization searches for a permanent Executive Director. This position is available October 1, 2010, and is a contract, temporary position lasting between 3-4 months.
Responsibilities: Candidates for this interim position will have overall responsibility for operations and management of the LTLC during the interim period, including management of staff, oversight of state, federal, and local reporting requirements, delivery of the meals program, and operation of the shelter, including rapid rehousing strategies under the Housing First model. We are seeking a hands on, experienced administrator who can maintain operations until a permanent ED is hired.
Qualifications: Candidates must have solid experience in oversight of programs for the homeless, experience with federal and state reporting requirements, and be an experienced administrator. A minimum Bachelors degree is required. The Interim Director will be eligible to apply for the permanent Executive Director Position.
