Resident Service Coordinator/Case Manager
Full-time Position—Lawrence, MA
Property Management Firm with established Resident Services Program
and innovative non-profit providing education and support services for under served families are seeking social services professional to work
with residents at a 16 unit Supportive Housing Development in Lawrence
scheduled for occupancy January 2, 2011
Responsibilities for this split position include providing services on-site at
residence location as well as at the COMPASS Community College program at
Northern Essex Community College.
Outreach to community agencies serving homeless families as part of lease-up process; provide individual coaching that includes goal planning, motivational support, crisis management and advocacy; establish relationships with and provide referrals to community-based supportive
services; coordinate on-site resident programs and meetings.
Master’s degree preferred but not required, strong organizational and outreach skills, knowledge of local community resources, case management and/or program experience with homeless families required.
Fluency in Spanish a plus.
