Unity Place Apartments
New apartments are being constructed on a site at 482 Moody
Street in Lowell.
There will be 15 moderately-priced units and two

three must earn no more than $24,700, a family of four no more
than $27,500, a family of five no more than $29,700, or a family of
six no more than $31,900.

Moody Street in Lowell or at http://www.unityplaceapartments.com.
The office is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to
5 PM, on Thursday from 3 PM to 7 PM, and on Saturday from noon
to 4 PM.
The deadline for applications is in person July 1 at 5 PM or
postmarked by that date if by mail.
The lottery will be held at 517 Moody Street on Monday July 11.
