Medical Case Manager – Full-time. Provide services to HIV+ individuals. Knowledge of HIV, Hepatitis C and group facilitation experience required. Bilingual, bi-cultural Spanish preferred. Occasional evenings and weekends required.
Peer Support – Part-time. Work with HIV+ youth. Knowledge of HIV, first-hand knowledge of HIV and youth experience is required. Occasional evenings and weekends required.

METTA HEALTH CENTER – Western and Eastern Medicine
Per Diem RN – Focus on integration of Eastern and Western medicine for growing needs of Southeast Asian population. Experience with family practice is desirable. Must be enthusiastic and willing to work as a team. Familiarity with Khmer tradition and cultural practices is a plus. Bilingual in English/Khmer preferred.

Clinical Quality Analyst – Lowell Community Health Center seeks a full time Clinical Quality Analyst to work in a diverse and fast paced environment. The Clinical Quality Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing auditing and monitoring of compliance of quality improvement activities and interventions. The Clinical Quality Analyst will also be responsible for Meaningful Use and Patient Centered Medical Home reporting as well as ad-hoc quality reporting.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years working in a healthcare setting, hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, have experience working with an electronic medical record system and must be able to communicate at all levels within the organization. The candidate will preferably be a Registered Nurse with a current and unrestricted license in Massachusetts or hold an MPH.
Opportunities for Behavioral Health Professionals
Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse – Full or Part time positions available. These positions will provide services at two of LCHC locations.
- Lowell Community Health Center’s Metta Health Center (LCHC-MHC) offers unique opportunity for cross-cultural practice providing psychiatric treatment to Lowell’s SE Asian population, primarily Cambodians, along with several emerging refugee communities. Majority of clients are refugee/immigrant survivors of torture/political trauma. LCHC-MHC provides integrated mental health and primary care services within collaborative team environment. Care team includes psychiatrist, clinicians, bicultural workers, and case manager integrated with full primary care team. LCHC-MHC is recognized nationally for program excellence and receives funding from the UN Voluntary Fund for Victims of Torture and the Office of Refugee Resettlement. Experience in cross cultural and adult mental health preferred.
- LCHC is also, seeking a qualified candidate in a very busy outpatient setting that works collaboratively with primary medical care providers. Supported by a behavioral health team of clinicians and a strong administrative support staff, this candidate will provide psychiatric evaluations and medication follow-up visits.
