Summer Lunch Assistant Kitchen Supervisor
Qualifications:
Candidate must be Serve Safe Certified
Knowledge of school kitchen operations
Supervise summer kitchen staff of 4/6 students
Oversee all meal preparations according to daily menu
Capable of maintaining daily record keeping reports; Daily Menu, Production Reports, Site Delivery Slips, etc.
Track food inventory for ordering/restocking as necessary
Knowledgeable of all food temperature and food safety guidelines
Experience:
Five or more year’s supervisory experience in a school kitchen setting.
Knowledge of USDA School Lunch Program regulations beneficial
Position available June 28, 2012 through August 17, 2012, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 35 hours per week
